The first mobile music console built in 1972. The cassette and Reel to reel tape machines looked impressive but were a pain to use. Dropped them in the second design. The Speaker cabinets (below) contained 2 15" Altec speakers and Atlas P.A. Horn. Speakers sounded great with Mobile Music or as Band Speakers.

School Reunions

 
   The Boogie Machine did hundreds of college and High School Reunions.

After selling the Boogie Machine I spent 2 years (Fri & Sat) at the La Avenida and then 2 1/2 years at the Mexican Village. This is MexPac on a weekend night.

   Marketing the Boogie Machine:

One of the Trade Shows where I promoted the Boogie Machine. This one was the 1976 AES show in Los Angeles.

The B100 Boogie Machine!

The Final Design and System. Designed for Gyms and Auditoriums, LOUD! The Boogie Machine ended up with 6 units in 1976. The following year Saturday Night Fever came out. The rest is History.

 

 

 

    

  

I remember getting the call from Bobby Rich that we were number one. From a classical station in April 1975 to number Radio station in San Diego 2 years later is fantastic.
