This Band evolved out of the Vibrants. The band changed lineups and names often. We played regularly at the Navy Clubs, SD State and Coronado dances. Back in those days the military clubs were happening and it was not unusual to play 5 or 6 nights a week during the Summer. Chuck Tesh was a good time guy and it made summers one big party. I still remember doing a party in Coronado and drinking Red Mountain wine out of the Gallon Jug. Jon Edwards and I threw up out of the side doors of the Bat Bus all the way to San Diego State that night. The Last time I ever drank Red Wine.
